Tuesday Lunchtime HIIT squad :-) Let's get sweaty and flow.

Level 3 +: This is a high-intensity interval training that will require quick short, bursts of energy to get your heart rate up and a good sweat on. This is one of the more demanding and energy-extensive movement practice you can do.

Let’s keep moving together! Movement, mediation and breathing techniques can really help boost your immune system and keep you feeling healthy and strong. 

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)  which alternates high-intensity exercises with recovery periods with more moderate exercises. The sequence is repeated several times in a loop to stimulate the metabolism and maximize oxygenation.

This is a more intensive form of yoga with cardio oriented parts included.

Lots of options are given, chose what feels best for you, we will start with a normal flow and the last sequence we add the HIIT, try it out and see…
